We all want this, yet somehow it can get complicated pretty easily. Within a set timeframe we work towards solutions to get you back on track. We can face whatever issues you are having in a safe space and come up with a plan for going forward.

Depression, anxiety, a feeling that your life lacks meaning, unhappy marriage or work situation, anger issues, drug and alcohol issues, sexual abuse, domestic violence, suicidal thinking and existential issues.

Services may include:

Mental health assessments, cognitive assessments, therapy, mindfulness and relaxation skills, parent support, positive behaviour support plans, brief solution-focused therapy and goal setting.
