Grounding is a practice that can help you pull away from flashbacks, unwanted memories, and negative or challenging emotions. These techniques may help distract you from what you’re experiencing and refocus on what’s happening in the present moment. 

Harm minimisation

Harm minimisation aims to address alcohol and other drug issues by reducing the harmful effects of alcohol and other drugs on individuals and society. Harm Minimisation in no way advocates for use of illicit substances, but rather offers insight and solutions into managing the inevitable use of alcohol and other drugs within society.
