Why EISP?

Co-created by Dr. Alana (Lani) Roy and Melissa Warner, the EISP program integrates:
✔️ Somatic Therapy
✔️ Attachment and Trauma Informed Relational Healing
✔️ Transpersonal Psychology
✔️ Metacognitive Techniques

EISP Therapeutic Frames: SWIM

EISP is guided by the therapeutic frames of Somatic, Wisdom, Interconnectedness, and Metacognition (SWIM).

This approach supports therapists and clients to navigate the tides and currents of psychedelic ‘oceanic boundlessness,’ as the state has come to be known through the scientific literature. By learning to “SWIM” in these psychedelic oceans, therapists and clients will be better equipped to:

  • Dive deep into the depth of one’s psyches and somatic experiences.
  • Anchor in the knowledge, tools, skills, and resources needed to navigate the dance of the tides.

SWIM was developed by Dr. Lani Roy and Melissa Warner as part of their Certificate of Psychedelic and Contemplative Therapies (CPACT). Further information coming about CPACT 2 cohort 2025.

Dive into the depths of the psyche, somatic, relational and transpersonal fields and emerge as a confident, skilled, and compassionate therapist
